About

Why this exists.

Your attention is your most valuable commodity. Because it has value, it's manipulated by design.

Don't Feed Me is the smallest possible intervention I could find. The feed is hidden by default. You arrive, do what you came for, then choose if you want to scroll — and for how long. Nothing forced, nothing tracked. Just a different default.

What I do

I work with people on long-term burnout. Most have come off the back of demanding careers, hard work, and big achievements. Over the last few years I've increasingly been helping people recover from a different kind of stress entirely: years of online stimulus, the slow accumulation of algorithmic micro-provocations that build up in the nervous system without anyone really noticing.

That's the work. This extension came out of it.

Why I built it

I built it for me. I needed it. Now I'm in control of how I use these platforms instead of them controlling me.

If the same shift would help you, it's free — always will be. No tracking, no data collection. Just a different default.

What this isn't

Don't Feed Me isn't a coaching product, it's not a funnel for anything else, and it's not part of a personal brand exercise. It's a separate thing with its own face (Grem) and its own purpose. If it's useful to you, that's the entire point.
